This blade is thin enough to fit through the knife guides of "CUBO" as well as holding its sharp edge when using with the skewer maker box.

1mm thick from tip to handle

30cm = 12" long Blade + 12.5cm long handle

Finished with a semi polished surface which promotes a slightly higher corrosion resistance as well as a finer look to compliment your kitchen.

Not recommended for the dishwasher.

Handle is moulded and textured to reduce fatigue and increase slip resistance plus is made of food safe grade thermal plastic material.
