BBQAroma Basics Sunday Afternoon Session - Backyard Grilling and Rotisserie for Beginners.
Our favourite class because its about enjoying quality steaks straight over and yes, in the charcoal!
On the day we use:
- Ferraboli open charcoal grill
- Pellet Grill to demonstrate reverse seared, flame grilled steaks on GrillGrates
- Ceramic Big Green Egg grill
- Arrosticini Grill for skewers
- Gaganis Souvla Greek style rotissierie
- Carson Rodizio Brazilian style rotissierie
Our classes takes you through a range of barbecues, all activelly cooking and you get to taste what comes off each one. This is a grilled meat fest you won't forget!!!!
Its a great way to sample the different styles of grilling meats using different barbecues as well as appreciating the time and effort that is needed. We'll go through setup, starting charcoal and managing heat in the different grills. At the end of this you should understand heat and how to manage it using natural wood charcoal.
Our demonstration will also include simple break down of whole cuts of meat into steaks to grill and rotisserie roast. Plus show how to use some prepackaged rubs to elevate your steaks to the next level.
Afternoon session starts at 1.30pm at 425 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt and will go for approximatelly 2+ hours. You are welcome to bring your own beers!
