Your parcel will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier service during normal business hours depending on its size and value. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for and if a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left by the delivery service provider informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours.
If sent via Couier, we may also further request permision from you on larger items to leave the parcel at a designated safe area if nobody is home to accept and sign for your delivery. If your parcel is returned back to the Courier depo as undeliverable, then a re-attempt delivery fee will be incured.
Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time, however, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-sending. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
BBQAroma takes no responsibility for items damaged or lost during the shipping process.
