This rub features a perfect balance of sweet and heat. This rub helped the R Butts R Smokin' team win the Reserve Grand Championship at the American Royal, and has helped numerous teams win many first place pork calls and Grand Championships all over the country. This rub is perfect on both pork shoulder and ribs or anywhere you want classic barbecue flavor.

Ingredients: salt, sugar, paprika and other spices, dehydrated garlic, and not more than 1.0% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
