Grill Basket for Rotisserie Spit BBQ

Why not use your spit roaster to grill those more delicate meals like fish or even hamburgers!

Spit roasting is a great way to cook evenly without burning. You also get the benefit of self basting as the juices stay on, as the skewer rod turns and thus maximizing flavor. 

With a Grill Basket you can hold in place a range of foods which would normally fall apart on the BBQ. With adjustable positions to suit different food thickness you can hold in meats or vegetables in this cage and let the rotisserie do all the cooking.

Lock in the cage a whole fish, fish cutlets, a layer of large prawns, steaks, sausages, burgers, quartered chicken pieces, a slab of pork belly or what every you can snugly fit inside the cage.

Even better if you have a long spit rod, on one side you can have a roast chicken and right next to it you can place a parcel of foil wrapped potato wedges. Seal in the potatoes with some herbs and butter and as the chicken roasts, so to does your potatoes!
