The collar on the main skewer is secured by a small grub screw and can be adjusted (limited) along the length of the skewer to fit turning-style Rodizio/Churrasco BBQs. If you’re hand-turning the skewer, this collar does not need to be used. From tip to the furthest collar when closest to handle, the skewer has a length of 430mm.
