Wood Chunks for Food Smoking - in kettles, water smokers, offsets and ceramic BBQs.
Olive tree wood imparts a similar smoke to Mesquite but lighter and perfect for white meats and ideal for chicken or seafood.
Approximatelly 1 KG of iregular sized seasoned hardwood chunks, cut using a drop-saw to minimise contamination.
