Enjoy an infomative session on the mastery of different charcoal grills and taste different cuts grilled infront of you to try.

This Charcoal Grilling class takes you through a variaety of Backyard Grilling and Rotisserie techniques for Beginners to intermediates wanting to try different Exotic Meat Cuts that you may have never thought of trying.

We'll explain different types of charcoal to use, how to light them and how to maintain tempurature over live charcoal fire.

Some of the meat cuts explored is Beef Rump Cap, Beef Flap, Beef Tritip, Asado Rib, Arrosticini as well as different styles of steak grilling including Florentine Style Steak!

There's plenty of meat to be consumed and enjoyed and we'll show some ideas on grilling Vegtables as well (sorry but its more as a side dish)!

Its a great way to sample the different styles of grilling meats using different backyard barbecues as well as appreciating the time and effort that is needed.

Afternoon session starts at 1.30pm at 425 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt and will go for approximatelly 2+ hours. You are welcome to bring your own drinks!
