Italian made narrow charcoal grill for traditional arrosticini cooking.
Intro
This medium sized arrosticini grill is built for proper skewer cooking over charcoal. Made in Italy from 1.5 mm stainless steel, it is designed for repeated heavy duty use.
The lower 50 cm legs keep the cooking channel close to the charcoal for controlled, concentrated heat.
About the product
The grill body measures 61 cm long x 13.5 cm wide x 13 cm deep, with an open cooking channel of approximately 60 cm x 11 cm wide. It is designed to suspend skewers between 20 and 25 cm long. The body and legs are stainless steel, with screw bolt fittings for fast assembly and disassembly.

Performance and cooking behaviour
The narrow channel design concentrates heat directly beneath the skewered meat while keeping handles away from the charcoal. The internal charcoal grate lifts fuel above the ash bed, improving ventilation and burn consistency.
This setup is ideal for cooking traditional arrosticini, spiedini or other narrow skewers with quick, even heat exposure.

Storage
