Ideal solution for offsite catering and outdoor functions where power power can be an issue. Perfect for Brazilian BBQ - Run 17 or more Rump Caps at the same time. Skewer approx 50kg of Wingettes and charcoal grill around 30mins at a time making it a BBQ Wing Machined (200-300 wings at at time). Same with Chiorizo Sausages!
