Basting Mop for maximum saturation of your special sauce or juice on your low and slow smoked meats.
Try it on your next Lamb Spit - mix lemon juice, white wine, minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper basting mix. Make plenty to dunk the mop in to absorb then dab on the lamb so as to avoid taking rub off the surface. Don't brush just let the mop give the surface a good coat.
OR Pork Mop. Try beer and cider vinegar and dab that on as you are slow cooking adding more layers of flavour.
Totally made in Australia using chemical free, sustainable Tasmainian Oak and Australian unbleached Cotton.
Not paints or plastic holder that may melt or chip away over time.
Wash cotton head in warm soapy water, then rinse in clear water before air drying. Note the mop head is attached only by a band of wire to hold onto the handle. Do not try to flick dry.
Avoid direct contact with high heat or leaving inside the smoker.
Length of rod is approximatelly 28cm + 12cm mop head.
