Description

The Kettle Kone will change the way you approach cooking on your 18" Kettle BBQ!


Made in Far Northern Queensland and tweaked for 18" Weber Kettles, these hand-made mild steel charcoal holding cones, redirect and focus heat in your BBQ.


The 18" Weber Kone is approx 20.5 x 20.5cm square at its widest opening and stands 11.5cm High.


It can be used 2 different ways...


1. For high heat indirect cooking - placed the Kone in the centre with the small opening facing up. Fill with charcoal, light and wait for the heat to come up. Place your meats around the edges of the grill and put down the hood. Heat from the centre will circulate around the Kettle evenly for an indirect cook.


2. Searing - Place the Kone in the centre but with the large opening facing up. Fill with charcoal, light and wait for the heat to come up. Place your steaks directly on top for high heat searing and then move your steaks to the side to finish off with indirect heat.
