Manuka is a good all-rounder but is particularly good with seafood. With a higher density than most other smoking hardwoods, it produces a heavy smoke with a hint of sweetness.
Manuka Smoking Wood is processed in New Zealand and imported into Australia with no chemicals or contamination use the preparation process.
Wood is collected from Manuka trees on the West Coast of New Zealand and this product has also been used to have produced some of New Zealand's best award winning ham, chicken and eel products which is exported to Japan.
Can be used for either hot or cold smoking. Can be used in a smoker, bbq, or in a cast iron pan. Features: 100% Natural Smoke flavour for fish, poultry, meats, olives, cheeses, mushrooms and much more.
Mixed sizes can vary approx between 30mm to 60mm in length each piece.
