Maple Flavour Cure - Bradley Smoker
Bradley Meat Cures are perfect for making foods like jerky, smoked fish, sausages, ham or bacon! Easy to use in dry cure or liquid form (as a brine), these cures come packaged in 15-ounce containers, just right for whatever your smoking project is. The Maple Cure is great for use in salmon or bacon recipes, like Maple Smoked Back Bacon.
Note that cure in jars are hard inside due to no fillers. You will need to break it up before use.
