A rub for short ribs and chicken.. mixing coffee, cinnamon, chilli powder with S&P... After years of experimenting, this version also contains Activated Charcoal which helps give your cook a nice colour as well as enhancing the rub's great flavour.
Goes great with:
Sprinkle on vegetables before roasting. Use as a rub on steaks, beef and chicken. Use to make blackened fish!
Rub over burger patties.
How do I use the flavoured salt?
Lightly sprinkle over your meal (unless using as part of an ingredient for sauces etc). Generally, use them in place of plain salt. Have fun with it though and feel free to use in brines, marinades or add to sauce! Play with your food!
