Jack Daniel's Smoking Pellets are made from the used mellowing charcoal from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. This charcoal is soaked in whiskey for weeks before exchanging for a fresh batch of charcoal. The charcoal is mixed with oak and processed into wood pellets for BBQ smoking.


Jack Daniel's Smoking Pellets are wonderful with beef and pork, especially steaks and hamburgers.


The ONLY barbecue wood pellet that's 100% flavor-wood! These food-grade wood pellets are the fastest and easiest way to give your food smoke flavor on any gas, charcoal or electric outdoor cooker. No Soaking!


Made from 100% blended Oak & Charcoal


Pellets are made of compressed sawdust. It's wood and wood burns when heated. If you starve wood of oxygen when you heat it, it smokes rather than burning to ash. This smoke is the best for providing food with an all natural flavor!

1. wrap them in foil and pierce a small hole, before putting them on the heat source.

3. buy a dedicated metal smoker box they come in either stainless steel or cast iron and can be used again and again.
