Description

Gaganis Souvla is a great way to cater for a small party of friends.


Comes with 3 long spit rods and pair of prongs for each rod –cut lamb, goat or pork into fist sized chunks and feed them through each of the three long rods and secure with prongs. You can also cook whole chicken, rabbit or quail on these skewers.


Includes 240V Australian plug rotissierie motor which on the grear system rotates 3 spit rods at the same time. 


Body of the charcoal BBQ and stand is all made of mild painted steel and will need care and maintance to prolong its life. In other words - keep it clean, oil exposed metal and keep out of the rain!


Before using the importer recommemds to place a bed of sand on the inside of the cooking tray. A layer of about 3-4cm will be fine. The layer of sand will provide long term protection from the hot coals and ensure that burn-through is kept to a minimum.


Place Charcoal on the base of the cooking tray. Place reasonable amounts of charcoal in small mounds throughout the base of the cooking tray. Place a fire lighter in the middle of each coal mound to assist with lighting (as if you were building small camp fires). Light the charcoal – be patient, lighting coals can be hard at first. Ensure the coals are fully lit and heated through before you start cooking. This should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
