Easy to use in dry cure or liquid form (as a brine), these cures come packaged in 15-ounce containers, just right for whatever your smoking project is. The Sugar Cure is great for use in jerky or ham recipes. Or try Tasso Smoked Pork Chops.


Note that cure in jars are hard inside due to no fillers. You will need to break it up before use.
