Packed and vacum sealed offsite then frozen on our premises in our main display freezer. Average size approx 1kg available depending on supply.
Cook this whole in the smoker or on the grill. This lean cut is great as a roast and goes well with a bold flavoured BBQ seasoning. Can be also be churrasco skewer roasted over flame.
