Andouille (New Orleans) Sausages
A firm textured smoked pork sausage with spice notes from cayenne and paprika. Ideal to be chopped up and added to Creole and Cajun dishes like Jimbalaya and Gumbo. Also great on the BBQ grill.
Locally manufactured fresh sausages which we have frozen at our shop in Leichhardt..
All made using lamb casing. Package weight and prices vary for each individual pack.
