The Signature lump charcoal greater than 70mm but note due to transport/handling, smaller pieces can eventuate. This product is an excellent source of long-burning heat and popular for use in offset smokers, kettles, and Kamado style BBQ's. Other uses include firepits, internal heating stoves or campfires for warmth and fuel. Signature bag is also popular for use in the BBQ competition scene.

Each step in their process, from selecting native local Gidgee Hardwood to grading the product before bagging, is meticulous and to a high standard.

The pieces of charcoal are screened to sizes approximately 35mm to 70mm. However, due to transport and handling, smaller pieces can eventuate.

Classic sized lump is excellent for those doing hot and fast cooks but also versatile enough to pull off a low and slow cook if used correctly.
