Grill Giraspiedini Tecnoroast 40 WIDE Kebab Grill

THIS VERSION CAN ACCOMODATE SLIGHTLY THICKER MEAT SKEWERS ON 30cm+ long  BAMBOO SKEWERS.

Length is 120cm and width of grill is 19.5cm - will only hold 40 bamboo skewers with a gap of 3.0cm between turners.

Standing Height BBQ for Business or Home Parties. Perfect to use for Festivals, Events or for Market Stall Business Owners.

Do note this is a standing height BBQ and legs are only held by one bolt as it makes it easier to dissasemble and transport or store. Trade off is it is a little wobbly but still very stable to cook on.

Best results is when natural wood charcoal is used and the flavour that imparts it on the grilled skewered food.  Its recommended to use 30+cm long bamboo skewers (3mm dia) and allow a 1cm bare tip that wedges into the turner.

Note when cooking thicker meat skewers, that they need extra time to cook through. NOTE= Will NOT hold metal skewers.

- Deep 20cm BBQ with removable Internal charcoal grid to keep charcoal above the ashes and assist airflow.

Note the metal will change colour when in contact with direct heat.

This product is for outdoor use. Do not used during a total fire ban.
