Please be advised that our website may at times not recognise your delivery postcode and either give an extremely high cost of shipping or state we can't deliver to your address. If this occurs, please contact us from our contact page with the product you wish to order and a postcode and we can quote you a delivery cost.
Your parcel will be delivered either by Australia Post (for small parcels) or Courier service ( for larger bulky items) at our discretion. Delivery service is during normal business hours between Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
Please leave permission to leave instructions when placing orders in case no one is home to accept the delivery and is safe to do so.
If the parcel is sent via Australia Post and the delivery person believes it is not safe to leave, then the parcel sent via Australia Post service will be left at the closest post office for your collection.
If sent via Courier and your parcel is returned back to the Courier depot as undeliverable, then a re-attempt delivery fee will be incurred.
All orders will be updated online with a tracking number and delivery service once shipped out. This will appear in your Order History when you log back into our website. The tracking details are for the purpose of customers to use to track via the nominated delivery service if deliveries have not been received over an extended period.
Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time that they advertise. Should you not respond to their respective calling cards or did not track where the parcel is and it is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-sending. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
