Please be advised that our website may at times not recognise your delivery postcode and either give an extremely high cost of shipping or state we can't deliver to your address. If this occurs, please contact us from our contact page with the product you wish to order and a postcode and we can quote you a delivery cost.
Your parcel will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier service during normal business hours depending on its size and value. Upon delivery, the goods may need to be signed for and if a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left by the delivery service provider informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours.
If sent via Courier, we may also further request permission from you on larger items to leave the parcel at a designated safe area if nobody is home to accept and sign for your delivery. If your parcel is returned back to the Courier depot as undeliverable, then a re-attempt delivery fee will be incurred.
Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time, however, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-sending. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
