We will refund the price or exchange any product that does not match your order or is faulty. You must notify us immediately by email giving reasonable detail of your claim and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. If the product has a fault, provided you notify us when you discover the fault and have taken good care of the product, then you can return it to us in its original condition and we will exchange, replace or refund your purchase. We will not consider conditions caused by normal wear and tear or a failure to follow Care Instructions to be a fault.
If you change your mind and it is within 14 days of purchase, BBQAroma will give you an exchange or store credit, providing the product is:
- a. In NEW, unused and resell-able condition with packaging (including manuals and accessories); and
- b. Not a sale, Auction or clearance item in our store.
Any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned and shipping/handling charges are not refundable on any returns.
Nothing in our policies should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
