About the product

It holds up to 1 kg of chestnuts and rotates using a D cell battery motor for consistent roasting in under 30 minutes. Battery not included.

Performance and cooking behaviour
The rotating drum ensures chestnuts tumble continuously, preventing scorching and promoting even roasting across the shell. Perforations allow direct heat contact and steam release for consistent results.
Always keep the motor clear of direct heat. Before roasting, score each chestnut shell with a cut or an X to allow steam to escape and prevent splitting or bursting during cooking.

- Healthy snack preparation
Storage
Allow the roaster to cool completely before cleaning. Store in a dry location. Fresh chestnuts can be kept in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to three weeks. Roasted chestnut meat can be peeled and frozen for later use.
