These 3m high grey-blue shrubs are found throughout Australia. Dried Native Saltbush flakes are a delightful complement to many a dish. They have a salty, herbal flavour, and are very versatile. Rich in protein, antioxidants and minerals.
Working with Indigenous and other amazing Australian growers and producers, and in collaboration with the Wirrpanda Foundation we have created a spice range showcasing the flavours of some of our country’s unique indigenous plants.
